We are a small farm located in a tiny town in Banks County, Georgia! We raise Nigerian Dwarfs, with this comes milk, we aren't big milk drinkers. So we were constantly putting milk in the freezer. With over a gallon of milk in the freezer it was brought to my attention how many possibilities there are with goat's milk.
